Rootcandy is a drupal 6 admin theme. You can download it for free from drupal.org repository. (See link below)

We have tried not to just make it look nice but also to be usable. Developers can easily adjust it to meet theirs clients needs. add icons and menu items without touching the code of rootcandy and change colour schemes with color.module.

There are two layouts, 3 column fluid and 3 column fixed. And one sub-theme called dark candy.
